Submit the Bylaw Ticket Review Form within 14 days, online, by mail or at the counter. Include useful evidence such as photos and proof of parking payment. Online submission saves a counter visit.

If the review does not resolve it
If you disagree with the outcome, the City offers adjudication: a scheduled secondary review with a City representative and an independent provincially assigned adjudicator. Use the City adjudication instructions rather than guessing a court route.
